BACK IN THE HEAT AND SWING OF THINGS

I am back from my mission as of six weeks ago and well I needed to update this thing a little bit... so tomorrow be prepared for where my mission started out.

Hawaii!!!!

Play'n in the condo was a blast though most of the time We were there we were sleeping showering... or when I got to play plumber was fun!!! ok not really but we will have to thank my dad for my skills and also HGTV its amazing what you can learn from observation!!!!!

My new poly family!!! they are amazing they feed us several times and hooked us up at the PCC!! then on top of that they adopted us and gave us all gifts!!! I love the Nauahi Family!!!!I am a history dork slash major as most know!!! we spent saturday at Pearl Harbor it was amazing the story still gets to me sometimes and I am normailly not a cry baby....

The waterfall was wicked awesome!!! everyone jumped and the water wasnt even that cold.. shortly after devin and I got lost in a bamboo forest... dont worry we made it out.. even after i wanted to catch the little pig which I found out later wanted to eat me for dinner every other day of the year its me wanting to eat it for dinner..

THE MAN HOLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so it happened a little over a month ago but it is still funny!!! I was just minding my own business when i fell in a man hole... where you might ask well of course in good old Salem Utah!!! yep that is right it isn't just in the movies anymore... Here are a few pics i took on my phone of it so quality is poor lighting is poor and well i felt sort of poor... the pic are of one of my wrists trust it looked way worse in real life and so did the leg which was trapped under the ridiculously heavy lid that fell on me when i was trying to climb out of the hole...

Update due to the fact that i don't give much of an update on it... i will once i am done with school....

p.s. i am sitting in the library at school right now actually supposedly working on homework.

The papers are done with my part i have met with the bishop and and meeting with the stake president on sunday!! then they should be off to church head quarters.

Crazy Neighbors!!!!

So every year i have these crazy neighbors called the Hari Krishnas.. they have a temple and some llamas and aparently tons of chalk.... through this color festival to celebrate spring. so after 10 years of living around the corner i gave in and went and took all of my friends with me.... And when we get together and 14,000 other college students well it looks something like this.

Work

So I am super bad at updating my blog!!! but i am going to try to be better at it. As many know i found a job in January at low and behold public surplus. I had no idea what it was at the time but lets be honest i needed a job. It has turned out really good surprisingly after being there for 2 and a half weeks i got a promotion to manager which was really awesome and then i went commission based and have so far been making more that way. lets keep our fingers crossed on that one. So what do i do there? i manage a team of five people on the surplus side of the company. We call government agencies and talk to them about viewing and educational demonstration with us. Then we set them up an account and take care of all there surplus needs when it comes to auctioning. We are the eBay for government agencies. I like it so far and only have to work 4 days a week which is nice when it comes to school!! but i do have to be to work by 7 in the morning which can be a bit of a drag.
